We Invented The Weekend a Huge Success
The 2-day culture-led festival, which was four years in the making, celebrated how people spend their leisure time, situated where the weekend was originally invented in Greater Manchester in 1843.
The vibrant festival was free to all and brought communities together in the open space of MediaCity and Salford Quays. With over 200 free activities on offer, from social sewing meet-ups to open water swimming, as well as performances from the BBC Philharmonic and Craig Charles.
The team secured over 100 pieces of coverage including BBC News, The Guardian, NME, City Life and Manchester Evening News. In addition to an on-site press office, we also supported across social media channels to further drive awareness of the festival.
We Launched The Municipal M Gallery Liverpool
The team delivered a stand-out event displaying a classical string quartet, wandering Clock Heads, signature cocktails, a spread of canapes and a 200+ guestlist of press, influencers, local businesses and stakeholders.
Guests had the opportunity to sample the menus and explore the stunning grade II listed building, boasting 179 bedrooms, swimming pool and thermae spa.
Cotton Traders Hits The Trades
Cotton Traders celebrated their most successful financial year to date with a 10.6% year-on-year increase in turnover. This last year has seen the brand go from strength to strength with a significant increase in digital performance too, which is up by 16.6%.
The team have been busy spreading the word, securing coverage across national press, business titles and trade media, including The Times, Business Live, Direct Commerce and Retail Sector.
We’re Working With Freedom Brewery
We welcomed Freedom Brewery to our client roster this month. We’ve been brought on board to deliver a hard-working press office and support their in-store activations.
Freedom Brewery is Britain’s original, independent, craft lager brewery. The Brewery uses proven, traditional techniques to create authentic, crisp, cleaner-tasting lagers, which are bright and full-flavoured.
We’re working with them to deliver an always-on press office and have already been generating results for their new on-pack promotion with Aldi. In just a few weeks, the team have been able to secure over 34 pieces of coverage, with an impressive reach of 106m. Highlights include Wales Online, Beer Today, Grocery Trader and Staffordshire Live.
