This week we launched a new campaign for Little Tikes encouraging families to #BringBackTheOutdoors to help support a new outdoor range.
We worked with a leading research company to survey over 2,000 parents to find out how much time their children spent outdoors, their favourite outdoor activities and what excuses kids come up with to avoid outdoor play – wet weather, getting muddy and touching germs were just some of the excuses kids have used!
We also worked with psychologist and parenting expert Emma Kenny to provide expert comment and her top tips to get kids out into the fresh air.
The news story generated strong national press interest, including features in The Mirror, The Sun and The Independent. The story also hit numerous regional titles, trade media and parenting press.
The Bring Back Outdoors campaign also includes an indoor/outdoor media play date to showcase the brand’s extensive range to press and bloggers, and a social media and website content hub which will be filled with loads of great thinf to do outdoors as a family.
