The awards celebrate excellence within the industry judging candidates on their dedication and creative approach as well as their contribution to team morale and ownership of projects.
Chloe joined us a year ago with experience in production and has since blown us away with her enthusiasm, creativity and innovation, making her valued team member. She was the brains behind a Pancake Day campaign for our client which gained an organic reach of 2million and delivered 10,000 engagements, making it the most successful post of the year for the client. She has also impressed us with her work on some of our toy brands; implementing social strategy, daily community management, monthly planning, artwork design and performance reporting. Since starting on one account, she has helped increase Facebook fans by 5.2k and PopJam fans by 10.7k.
In addition to her impressive work at Carousel, Chloe is the first apprentice in the country to be taking the junior content producer exam with Aim Awards. Outside of work, she has been busy attending Juice Academy events, and has twice managed Pro Manchester’s social media channels during their monthly dinners.
Never failing to come up with fresh-thinking campaign ideas, having the enthusiasm to help others and being the agency’s go-to TikTok expert, we believe she is a thoroughly deserving recipient of the award.
Well done, Chloe!
