Tom joins the team as Director of Strategy, leading on and developing areas of client, agency, and new business strategy as well as overseeing some of our key accounts. A creative operator with sixteen years of experience, Tom’s passion for strategy comes from spending more than half of his career running PR teams within global ad agencies, and learning from some of the best planners in the industry. Tom has run international, national, and regional press offices for major consumer and B2B brands, including McDonald’s, Virgin Mobile, Krispy Kreme, British Airways, and Asda to name but a few, and has won more than a few awards along the way.
Alycia joins us as Social Media Manager with over four years experience in social media and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds. She has previously worked across sectors including finance, beauty, retail and leisure, for clients such as Standard Chartered Bank and WG&S. Alycia will bring her knowledge and expertise to our client’s social media channels. Her current portfolio includes Zapf Creation, Little Tikes and L.O.L. Surprise!
Anna joins Carousel with over four years of agency experience having worked both B2B and B2C for a range of brands in food & drink, automotive and homes & interiors. As a journalism graduate, Anna loves telling brands’ stories to the right audiences – whether that’s through traditional media, quality backlinks or authentic influencer partnerships and the power of ambassadors. Anna’s clients include Camp Bestival, Silver Cross and Teletrac Navman.
