As a Social Media Executive, you support the execution of innovative social media strategies, driving results for consumer-facing clients. Your responsibilities include content creation, community management, paid strategy implementation, and performance reporting.
Working closely with internal teams and clients, you’ll help grow client brands through creative thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration. Your work is driven by Carousel’s values: Collaboration, Compassion, Commitment, and Creativity.
What we’re looking for:
*A natural writer with an eye for detail and flair for drafting compelling copy
*Well-organised and able to balance priorities to ensure key day-to-day tasks and campaign projects are completed to the required quality standard and timescales
*Understanding of design principles and ability to create strong visual creative including graphic design and mobile videography
*Professionalism and ability to develop strong client relationships
*Creative thinker with the ability to feed into innovative campaign plans and content concepts to meet your client’s core business goals
*Good understanding of social media channels and the specifics of how to meet each objective (e.g. reach, engagement, traffic)
*Keen interest in new developments in the world of social and how to identify trends and opportunities to help clients stay ahead of the curve
*Understanding of reporting and tracking progress against measurable KPIs
*1 year’s experience in a Social Media role, agency-side experience preferred
*Prior knowledge of paid social advertising formats is beneficial
