We’ve Moved! Our Award Winning Team Relocates

The Carousel team has gone from strength to strength in recent years, working on successful PR and digital campaigns for world-leading clients such as Selfridges, L.O.L. Surprise!, Little Tikes and Van Gogh Alive.

Whilst navigating the pandemic, we’ve successfully onboarded new clients including Camp Bestival, and subsequently grown the team with hires including Account Director Sarah Spencer, previously at McCann, and Social Media Manager James Stinson. Meanwhile, Rebecca Parsons has been promoted to Associate Airector after delivering show stopping results during her six years with the Carousel. Other promotions include Account Directors Abbie Mattingley and Lisa Kerr, Social Media Director Chloe Sharp, Senior Design & Content Manager Laura Wood, Account Managers Lauren Morgan, Eliza Kent and Ellie Riddy, and Social Media Manager Margarita McGrath.

Our digital and social team picked up an accolade from the UK Content Awards for our #PawsWithPaddington campaign. Working with Paddington Bear, Carousel delivered interactive weekly activities during the initial 2020 lockdown, spreading kindness and entertainment.

To accommodate our continued growth, we’re excited to take up residence in Piccadilly Basin’s recently renovated Ducie House, as we’ve outgrown our old home. Our 30 plus strong team have moved from the Northern Quarter to a new duplex office in the iconic Manchester building.

Fittingly for Carousel, as a PR and social media agency with a wealth of music festivals in our client roster, such as Camp Bestival, bluedot and Victorious, Ducie House has a Mancunian music legacy of its own. Our new office housed Home nightclub in the 1990s, playing host to artists including Simply Red, 808 State and Lamb to name but a few. We’ve even reinstated the bar, which has been a hit among the team!

The 3,675sq ft space will provide us with an additional 1,000sq ft to accommodate our growing team. Split across two levels, the suite will make a spacious and characterful home, to allow us to continue servicing our clients with our renowned PR, events, social and digital expertise. Our hybrid working approach enables team culture to thrive, with all agency days alongside home working to ensure our team keeps work life balance in the post-COVID world.

Whilst many companies and agencies have sought to shrink or dispose of their physical office space altogether following the pandemic, we are 100% committed to having a place where the whole team can come together, work together, support each other and continue to deliver the excellent results Carousel is known for.

"We feel being back in the office is not only good for personal development and effective mentoring but also a fun and supportive place that is good for everyone’s wellbeing. We are also committed to a proper work/life balance and as such are continuing our very successful hybrid model of split office and home working."
